Meet Aurum, our brand new Christmas beer. Aurum is Latin for gold, and this festive golden ale is our gift to you this year. Brewed the proper British way with Jester, Harlequin and Olicana hops and a classic Old English ale yeast, it pours bright and glowing, with mango, passion fruit and ripe peach on the nose and a zesty grapefruit edge. The English yeast adds soft stone fruit and a smooth, rounded body, all on a light biscuity malt base with a clean, gently bitter finish.
